Rita Congdon

Rita Congdon is a skilled Supplier Quality Engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance and engineering roles across multiple organizations. Currently at Triumph Group since April 2021, Rita previously held similar positions at L3Harris Technologies and Albany Engineered Composites, where responsibilities included providing technical support, monitoring supplier performance, and driving resolutions for quality issues. Rita also worked as a Quality Inspector, ensuring adherence to specifications for aerospace components, and began their career as an Engineering Technician at Scientia Vascular, LLC, focusing on test method validations for neurovascular products.
