Tracey Wozniak

Tracey (Pakstis) Wozniak, Ed.D., serves as a Contract Manager at TriUnity Law Group LLC since July 2023, providing contract management support and electronic contract management systems (ECMS) implementation for clients. Previously, Tracey was a Senior Paralegal at Sumitomo Pharma America Holdings, Inc. from January 2022 to July 2023, and before that, held the position of Contract & Patent Administrator at Rubius Therapeutics from April 2019 to January 2022, where responsibilities included negotiating a variety of legal contracts and maintaining efficient contract management. Tracey also held the role of Associate Dean of Academic and Student Support at Becker College from September 2012 to July 2018, overseeing multiple departments and supporting student affairs. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership & Policy from Johnson & Wales University, alongside paralegal and clinical research management certificates from Boston University and Worcester State University, respectively, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Babson College.
