Jacob Spangler

Jacob Spangler, PhD, is an experienced bioinformatics professional currently serving as the Manager of Bioinformatics at Agendia since November 2021, where responsibilities include managing a team of bioinformatics analysts and overseeing project execution. Prior roles include Principal Bioinformatician at Agendia, where contributions focused on software updates and the development of an internal R package, as well as positions at Ambry Genetics and Progenity, Inc., emphasizing documentation, data reproducibility, and technical support for clinical laboratory operations.
