Katarina Augustini has a diverse and extensive work experience. Katarina co-founded TRIVI in 2014 and served as the CEO until June 2017. Katarina led the accounting and tax revolution in the Czech market by implementing innovations similar to their previous work with Invia. Katarina co-founded CleverFarm in 2015, a project under CleverMaps, which revolutionizes the agricultural business by helping farmers monitor and analyze their actions in the field to prevent the loss of subsidies. Katarina worked as a Business Advisor at Ecocapsule in 2015. Prior to these roles, Katarina worked as a Business Consultant and Manager at CleverMaps from 2012 to 2014, optimizing business processes and calculating business cases. Katarina also had experience in managerial roles at Oracle and Sun Microsystems, where they led teams and played a key role during the Oracle-Sun acquisition. Katarina's early career includes being the CEO of INVIA.SK, a subsidiary of the largest online travel agency in the Middle Europe, and working as a Mobile Marketing Specialist at A-SMS s.r.o.

Katarina Augustini pursued their education in two academic institutions. From 2002 to 2005, they attended the University of Economics Bratislava in Slovakia, where they completed their Engineer's degree with a focus on International Business. Following this, from 2005 to 2007, they concurrently studied at Martin Luther University Halle in Germany and the University of Economics Bratislava. During this period, they earned an Ing. and MSc degree in International Financial Management.
