Francesca Paggi

Francesca Paggi is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel - Claims and Litigation at Trivium Packaging since November 2019, after holding the position of Legal Counsel. Previously, Francesca worked at Ardagh Group as Legal Counsel Europe from December 2017 to November 2019, and gained valuable experience as an Associate at Seban et Associés from February 2015 to November 2017, specializing in banking and finance law, intellectual property, construction law, and insurance law. Additional experience includes roles as Trainee Lawyer and Legal Counsel at Renault Thominette Vignaud & Reeve and internships in various law firms, with a focus on commercial litigation, contract law, and corporate law. Francesca holds a Certificat d'Aptitude à la Profession d'Avocat from the Ecole de Formation des Barreaux de la Cour d'Appel de Paris and master's degrees in French and Italian law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and Università degli Studi di Firenze.
