Nicolas Boucharel

Nicolas Boucharel is currently serving as Plant Opex Manager at Trivium Packaging since September 2023. Previously, Nicolas held various positions at Radiall from October 2010 to September 2023, including Responsable Plateforme Opérationnelle for the UAP Traitement de Surface, where responsibilities included managing a cross-functional team of 50, overseeing operations in Production, Quality Control, Methods, Laboratory, and Maintenance. Nicolas also played a crucial role in implementing Quality, Industrialization, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management strategies set by senior management, ensuring client deliveries met the targets for Quality, Cost, Timeliness, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). Additional roles at Radiall included Chef de Projet Transfert Industriel International, Chef de Projet Maitrise Procédé, and Ingénieur Recherche & Développement Traitement de Surface. Nicolas holds a degree in General Materials, Science of Materials from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Limoges, completed in 2010.
