Carol Nicholson

Carol Nicholson began their work experience in 2008 as a Secretary at Marshall Ford Sales and held this role until October 2020. In November 2020, they joined TriZetto Provider Solutions as a Customer Service Associate, where they currently work.

Carol Nicholson began their education journey in 2008 when they enrolled in the Sanford-Brown College and completed a Diploma program in Medical Billing and Coding, which lasted until 2010. After a brief hiatus, they resumed their studies in 2011 at the University of Phoenix, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration, which they completed in 2013. Carol then continued their education at Penn Foster, starting with a Diploma program in Medical Billing and Coding from 2019 to 2020. Lastly, in 2020 to 2021, they pursued a Diploma in Bookkeeping from the same institution.
