Hirdesh Sehgal

Hirdesh Sehgal has a strong background in operations management. Hirdesh started their career at Tata Refractories Ltd as a Works Manager in 2003 and then moved on to HSIL Ltd, where they served as General Manager (Works) from 2005 to 2006. Hirdesh then joined Vardhman Textiles as the General Manager of Operations in 2006. Since 2007, they have been working at TRL KROSAKI Refractories Limited, formerly known as Tata Refractories Limited, in various roles. Hirdesh started as Vice President and Business Head for FCM products and was later promoted to Vice President (Operations) and then Senior Vice President (Operations). In April 2020, they assumed the position of Executive Vice President (Operations).

Hirdesh Sehgal completed a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) in Varanasi from 1984 to 1988. Prior to that, from 1976 to 1983, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya, although no degree or field of study was specified during this period.
