Alexa Jimenez

Alexa Jimenez has a diverse work experience that includes roles in commercial insurance, personal lines account management, and office management. Alexa most recently served as the Commercial Insurance Marketing Director at The Risk Management Group, Inc starting in February 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Personal Lines Account Executive at JAG Insurance Group from October 2017 to January 2020. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Office Manager at Wise Choice Tutoring from January 2014 to September 2017, where they were responsible for payroll, recruitment, and client satisfaction.

Alexa Jimenez attended Florida Christan School from 2009 to 2013, where they earned their High School degree. Following that, they attended Florida International University from 2013 to 2017, majoring in Advertising. In terms of additional certifications, Alexa obtained a certification as an Insurance Agent (Health, Property, Casualty) from the Florida Department of Financial Services in May 2019, and they also obtained a certification as a 0440 Customer Representative in January 2018, from the same institution.
