Jerome (Jerry) McGovern

Jerry McGovern has over 40 years of experience in the IT and logistics industries. Jerome (Jerry) began their career in 1978 with the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Lieutenant Colonel and was a principal member of a strategic transformation team. In 2000, they joined Commerce TV as a Program Manager, where they developed and documented the company's baseline program management process for product releases. From 2001 to 2012, Jerry worked at IR Technologies as a Logistics Strategy Consultant, providing consulting and subject matter expertise in support of the development and implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) product. Jerome (Jerry) then returned to Troika Solutions in 2012, first as a Program Manager, then as Director of Portfolio Management Services. In this role, they directed services and support for designing, implementing and executing a portfolio management (PfM) approach to integrate operational and business requirements with information technology capabilities. Jerome (Jerry) also served as Director of Portfolio Management Solutions at Troika Solutions.

Jerome (Jerry) McGovern received their Master of Science (MS) in Logistics Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Humanities from Providence College.
