John Russell

John Russell has over 40 years of work experience, beginning with their service in the United States Army from 1979 to 1987 as a Non Commissioned Officer, where they managed all command and control functions for a special operations team and designed and implemented a quick response program for Rapid Deployment Alerts. From 1987 to 1990, they worked for Trancom Inc. as an Oversize Permit Specialist, leading a team of permit agents in acquiring "Super load" over-dimensional permits and advising customers on state laws and regulations. John then joined McGraw-Hill from 1990 to 2004 as Vice President of Global Operations and Engineering, responsible for managing all aspects of technology globally providing flexible, scalable systems and operations architecture framework. From 2004 to 2006, they worked for National City Corporation as Vice President/General Manager, responsible for managing all aspects of enterprise technology assets. From 2006 to 2008, they worked for PerceptIS Inc. as Chief Technology Officer & Vice President Service Delivery, responsible for managing all aspects of enterprise technology, operations, and service delivery. From 2008 to 2010, they worked for IR Technologies as Program Manager/Senior Principal Consultant, responsible for program management and analysis activities. From 2018 to 2019, they worked for Telesis as Director of DoD Programs, responsible for program management and analysis activities. Finally, from 2019 to the present, they have worked for Troika Solutions as Program Manager/Senior Systems Engineer, responsible for program management, analysis, and engineering activities.

John Russell attended American Public University System where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management. John also attended Pierce College at Fort Steilacoom, where they earned an Associate of Science in Technology.
