Tonya Steele has extensive experience in customer service and management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Customer Service Support Specialist at Troll And Toad since January 2010, Tonya also holds roles in Accounts Receivable and Loss Prevention, as well as Customer Service Manager. Previous experience includes a supervisory position at Conduent from March 2017 to April 2021, and a Senior Customer Service Representative/Team Lead role at Xerox from January 2015 to March 2017. Tonya completed education at Flowing Wells High School, graduating in 1987.
