Lilia Tounsi

Lilia Tounsi has been working in the recruitment and talent acquisition field since 2016. Lilia began their career as a Strategic Business Development Manager at Midtown Athletic Clubs in 2016. In 2018, they took on the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist at OSL Retail Services. That same year, they also founded Trvlher, a travel and lifestyle brand for women. In 2021, they became a Senior Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting BMO financial group at PeopleScout. Currently, they are a Senior Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist at Talent.com and a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Manager at Trolley.

Lilia Tounsi has a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from HEC Montréal, which they obtained between 2018 and 2021. Prior to this, they obtained a Certificate in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Montréal between 2017 and 2019. Additionally, they have obtained a number of certifications, including the MT Lab Discovery Course (May 2021), the McGill Dobson Centre for Entrepreneurship Scholarship (June 2020), the Montréal Inc. Women's Entrepreneurship Course (June 2020), the Rémi-Marcoux Entrepreneurial Course (May 2020), and the Femmes Alpha 2019 Coup de Coeur Prize (June 2019).
