Darren Bambridge

Darren Bambridge has an extensive background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience in various roles and positions. Darren is currently the Director of Human Resources, Europe at Tronox since April 2019. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Business Partner Europe at Cristal from February 2014 to April 2019. Darren had a significant tenure at Reckitt Benckiser, where they held several roles including Senior HR Services Business Partner, HR Services Manager, and Senior HR Manager between 2006 and 2014. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Thorntons from 2004 to 2006, and as a Personnel Manager at Tibbett & Britten from 2001 to 2004. Lastly, their career began as an Employee Development Officer at United Biscuits from 1998 to 2001.

Darren Bambridge has a BA(Hons) FCIPD degree from Chatham House Grammar School.
