Jasem Al Khateri

Jasem Mohamed Al Khateri is Chief Human Capital & Services Officer at Emirates Steel. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s strategic human capital and operation management. He also leads the company’s corporate services activities, including Information Technology and Facility Management.

Al Khateri brings to his role 21 years of professional experience and holds notable expertise in strategic planning management.

Over his career, Al Khateri has worked in both the public and private sectors in the UAE. Prior to joining Emirates Steel, he served as Director of Human Resources at the Department of Economic Development in Abu Dhabi. In an earlier role, he was Director of Planning and Forecasting at Etisalat.

Jasem Mohamed Al Khateri holds an Executive Business Administration degree with high honors, and a Bachelor’s in Economics, both from the UAE University.
