Nicky McManus

Nicky McManus has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Most recently, they worked at Tronox in various HR positions, including Human Resources Director - APAC and HR Manager - Compensation, Benefits & Payroll - APAC. Prior to Tronox, Nicky held positions at Cristal, where they served as a Regional HR Manager and a Global Recruitment Manager. They were also a member of the Board of Directors at Accordwest, a Not-For-Profit organization. Before that, Nicky worked at WorkFocus Australia, where they held roles such as State Manager WA and State Manager NSW. Nicky has extensive experience in areas such as talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, compensation and benefits, and change management.

Nicky McManus has a strong education background with a focus on business administration and occupational health and safety management. Nicky completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Edith Cowan University from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Health Sciences (OH&S Mx) from Curtin University between 1995 and 1998. Nicky started their educational journey by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy (BScOT) from Curtin University from 1991 to 1994. Additionally, Nicky has recently enrolled in a certification program called "The Strategic HR Business Partner" at the Josh Bersin Academy, with completion expected in 2023.
