Avalon Julia Dawson

Avalon Julia Dawson is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in sales, user support, and cultural initiatives. Currently serving as a Sales & Partnerships Associate and Senior Executive of User Support at TROOPERS since March 2021, Avalon adeptly handles user inquiries and collaborates with technical support to enhance client satisfaction. As the founder of Tuak Kumang, Avalon actively promotes the cultural heritage of Sarawak and celebrates traditional practices. Previous roles include Fashion Stylist at Lovisa Pty Ltd, Wardrobe Assistant for YO!MTV Raps Asia, and Event Crew for Future Sound Asia, complemented by early experience as a Barista at Starbucks. Avalon holds a Bachelor of Communications (Hons) in Public Relations & Broadcasting from UOW Malaysia KDU University College.
