Joseph Arquillo

Joseph Arquillo currently serves as the Senior Manager of Global People Operations & Compliance at Wrike, beginning in September 2024, and is also a member of TroopHR, a national HR network for People professionals. Previously, Joseph held the position of Director of People & Talent at Trail of Bits from April 2023 to June 2024, where oversight was provided to a team focused on People and Talent strategy. At Clyde, from December 2021 to March 2023, Joseph directed a team in strategic people initiatives, and prior to that, Joseph was a Senior Manager at Hydrow, Inc., managing a cross-functional team to enhance headcount growth and compliance. Additional experience includes roles as Business Manager and Consultant at EY, where advisory services on digital transformation were provided. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology & Human Development with a focus on Organizational Studies from Boston College.
