Margaret Tolentino

Margaret (Margo) Tolentino, MBA, SPHR, serves as the Head of People at Versana and has been a TroopHR Member since 2022. Previously, Margo held the position of Director of People Operations & Employee Experience at Medium, where responsibilities included overseeing employee onboarding, DEI initiatives, HR analytics, and compliance. Prior experience includes serving as Director of HR Operations & Total Rewards at Oatly, where Margo managed HR systems and total compensation programs, and played a key role in the DEI strategy. Margo began their career at Sony Music Entertainment and has extensive experience in HR roles, including benefits analysis and recruitment, with a strong focus on enhancing employee experience and operational effectiveness. Margo holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Saint Peter's University and a BBA from Baruch College.
