Jess Vincetic

Jess Vincetic, CPCC, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently a member of TroopHR, Jess contributes to a national network aimed at empowering HR leaders. Previously, as Director of Learning & Inclusion and Associate Director at 2seventy bio, Jess spearheaded initiatives to foster an inclusive culture and enhance employee learning experiences. Prior roles include Associate Director, People Partner at bluebird bio, and various HR management positions at Reebok, Amazon, and Target, showcasing a strong background in employee development, organizational health, and compliance. Jess holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism Management and Development from Arizona State University.
