Spencer Brace

Spencer Brace is currently the Head of Growth Strategy at Trooptravel. In this role, they are responsible for advising on growth strategy, developing the sales engine, and helping the company achieve its growth goals through direct sales with corporations and strategic partnerships. In their previous role as Head of Sales, Business Development & Client Management at Root Capital LLP, Spencer was responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing team, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships. Spencer also served as Commercial Manager at RNLI for one year and one month, and as Head of Sales & Partnerships at EB2 International for two years and two months. Most recently, Spencer served as Head of Sales and Marketing at Bournemouth Airport for one year and one month.
