Suzanne Gedney-James is a seasoned professional in support operations and customer success, holding leadership roles in various organizations. At CircleCI, responsibilities included Senior Director of Support Engineering and Global Director of Support. At Chargify, Suzanne was the Senior Director of Onboarding and Professional Services and also served as Director of Customer Success.
