Josh Chappell

Josh Chappell is a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Oklahoma since August 2021 and serves as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, instructing Research Methods and Experimental Design. In addition to academic roles, Josh is the owner of Jersey Tropical Sno, a small business founded in December 2022 that specializes in Hawaiian shaved ice in Southern Illinois, where responsibilities include team management, problem solving, strategic planning, and brand development. Josh Chappell is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Oklahoma, having previously earned a Master of Science in Quantitative Psychology and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Ball State University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
