Michelle Simutis

Michelle Simutis has over 19 years of experience in planning, operations, and sales analysis. Michelle most recently served as the Director of Planning at Tropicale Foods, LLC. Prior to that, they held the position of Supply Planning Director at OLIPOP PBC, where they supervised finished goods planning and inventory management. Michelle also served as the Director of Operations at Natural Force, overseeing inventory management and developing supply and demand planning processes. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Sales Operations at Noosa Yoghurt and as a Sales Operations Manager at Merkle. Michelle started their career at Nestle USA, where they held roles as a Demand Planner and Sales Business Analyst. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership and analytical skills in driving business growth and optimizing operational efficiency.

Michelle Simutis holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton.
