Prior experience at PepsiCo spans over two decades, featuring roles such as Plant Director, Senior Manager in Plant Quality, and Senior Manager in Supply Chain Integration, among others. Notable achievements include leading a plant quality initiative impacting over 80 million cases and optimizing supply chain operations to improve quality and reduce costs while managing large teams and substantial budgets. Juliana holds an MBA in Business Administration and a BS in Chemical Engineering, both from the University of Florida.
