Rosa Pla Llonch has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing, communications, and editorial positions. Rosa is currently the Head of Brand Marketing at Tropicfeel, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Account Director at Fuego Camina Conmigo from March 2018 to May 2022. Rosa also served as an Account & Performance Executive at Bench Marketing from November 2017 to February 2018. Previously, they worked as a Digital Account Manager at Young & Rubicam from March 2016 to September 2017. Before that, they held the position of Marketing & Communications Manager at both Conzoom and Ausmar from April 2014 to March 2016 and April 2014 to December 2015, respectively. Rosa was also the Marketing Manager at Lola's Corner from June 2013 to April 2014. In addition, they gained experience in global corporate communications at Kantar Worldpanel from June 2012 to June 2013. Rosa started their career as an Editor at lamono magazine in December 2011 and Grupo Tecnipublicaciones in October to November 2011.

Rosa Pla Llonch's education history begins in 2008 when they enrolled at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona to pursue a degree in Journalism. Rosa completed their studies in 2012. From 2012 to 2014, Rosa attended the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya where they studied Advertising and Public Relations. Following this, in 2015 and 2016, they attended the ESIC Business & Marketing School, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Marketing & Sales Management (GESCO), specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

In addition to their formal education, Rosa has obtained various certifications. In 2006, they received a Certificate in Basketball Coach (initiation level) from the Federació Catalana de Basquetbol. In 2009, they obtained a First Certificate in English (FCE) from the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations. In 2012, Rosa earned a Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) from the same institution. Rosa further enhanced their English proficiency with a Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations in 2013. Finally, in 2019, they completed a Design Research Course at UXER SCHOOL.
