As the director of human resources, Shana is responsible for leading, developing and executing human resources strategies that align with organizational strategy and that enable the firm to recruit, develop and retain a high-performing and motivated workforce. Her key areas of responsibility are people practices, performance management, employee relations and innovative organizational design.
