Andres Romero

Andres Romero is the Operations & Innovation Manager at TrovaTrip. Prior to this, they were a Sr. Product Manager at Globant from November 2020 to May 2022. Andres was responsible for mentoring product management professionals within Globant's product acceleration studio and helping Globant clients discover and build world-class digital products.

From March 2018 to November 2020, Andres was the New business development (USA) at Flux IT where they were responsible for the growth and expansion of the company in international markets working together with high impact startups. From the product management perspective, their mission was to help in their challenge to find product-market fit and growth, also providing nearshore UX/UI and custom development services from Flux IT's development centers in Argentina. From the business perspective, they planned and executed the go-to-market strategy, soft-landing process, led marketing initiatives, and delivery efforts.

Andres started their career as a software engineer at Snoop Consulting from January 2008 to February 2015. Andres then moved on to become a researcher & software engineer at Facultad de Informática, Universidad Nacional de La Plata from June 2005 to December 2008.

Andres Romero has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Nacional de La Plata. Andres also has an Innovation & prospecting post-grade program from Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires in Innovation, strategy, prospecting, new product development. Andres is certified from Harvard Business School in Leadership and also from Instituto Madero - Escuela de Mandos Medios in Leadership & Soft skills.

Andres Romero works with Kasey Lambert - Director of People Operations, Brooke Tyrrell - Operations Associate, and Taylor Weese - Senior Operations Associate. Andres Romero reports to Brian Vierra, VP of Operations.
