Caitlin McLaughlin

Caitlin McLaughlin is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in product management, technology, and strategic operations, currently serving as the Lead Business Manager and Vice President at T. Rowe Price since August 2020. In this role, Caitlin oversees transformation and product initiatives for Retirement Plan Services, manages data and platform enhancements, and leads cross-portfolio governance. Previous positions include Director of Strategic and Experiential Partnerships at Rally Rd., where Caitlin grew platform revenue significantly, and various senior roles at The Clio Awards and Fast Company, where Caitlin designed premier partnership experiences and increased revenues. Caitlin also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of Georgia.
