Shih-Hao Fan

Shih-Hao Fan is a seasoned data engineer with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Beginning as a Software Engineer at Capital One from February 2015 to June 2017, Shih-Hao contributed to web application security for dealership partners and led initiatives to enhance performance and monitoring. After transitioning to T. Rowe Price in June 2017, Shih-Hao advanced through roles from Data Engineer to Lead Data Engineer, focusing on infrastructure code and CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based big data environments. Shih-Hao also gained early experience through internships at Synopsys Inc. and the Industrial Technology Research Institute, contributing to the development of web applications and testing systems.
