William Presley

William Presley has extensive experience in legal counsel, currently serving as Managing Legal Counsel and Vice President at T. Rowe Price since May 2017. Previous roles include Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel at the same company. Prior to T. Rowe Price, William worked as Counsel at Foreside Financial Group, LLC and as Associate Counsel and Assistant Vice President at State Street. Additional experience includes positions at Electric Insurance Company, Maine Unemployment Insurance Commission, RedPoint Global, Inc., and Maine Center for Law and Innovation. William holds a J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law and a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Database Management from Belmont University.
