Charles F. (Chuck) Holley

Chuck Holley has over 20 years of work experience in various engineering and leadership roles. Charles F. (Chuck) began their career as a Manufacturing Engineer Co-op at Schrader Automotive and GKN Driveline. Charles F. (Chuck) then joined Concept Packaging as an Industrial Engineer-Technician before moving to Bosch North America, where they held several positions including Product Industrial Engineer, Central Product Industrial Engineer, and Sr. Bosch Production System Engineer. At Bosch, Chuck was responsible for implementing lean processes, managing industrial engineering projects, and overseeing the Bosch Production System Group. Charles F. (Chuck) also worked at Pentair as a Value Stream Manager, Operations and Engineering, where they led the manufacturing operations and engineering team for inground pumps and fiberglass filters. Most recently, Chuck worked at GE Energy Connections as a Senior Customer Application (Requisition) Engineering Manager, where they were responsible for driving global lean and cost out initiatives within Customer Application Engineering. Charles F. (Chuck) also served as the Operations Manager at Troxler Electronic Laboratories, Inc., overseeing manufacturing and assembly operations for products in the highway construction industry. Throughout their career, Chuck has demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing, industrial engineering, project management, and team leadership.

From 1993 to 1999, Charles F. (Chuck) Holley attended North Carolina State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
