Michael Hart

Michael Hart has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Michael began their career as a Senior Auditor at KPMG Audit in 1981. Michael then worked as a Divisional Controller at Cluett Peabody from 1983 to 1985, and later as a Corporation Controller at KTB Associates from 1986 to 1988. In 1988, Hart joined Hamilton Printing Company as the Vice President, where they played a significant role in developing and implementing company strategies and overseeing finance and capital budgeting. Michael remained with Hamilton Printing Company until 2012. From 2012 to 2017, Hart served as the Executive Vice President and CFO at Integrity Graphics Inc, where they focused on improving accounting systems and managing cash flow. In 2017, they transitioned to a Consulting CFO role, assisting with the sale and transition of Integrity Graphics assets. In 2018, Hart became the Interim Divisional CFO at Zones Inc, nfrastructure division before joining Troy Industrial Solutions as the CFO in 2019.

Michael Hart attended BMU from 1973 to 1977, where they completed their College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Vermont from 1977 to 1981, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
