Patrick Shay

Patrick Shay has a strong background in sales and management. Patrick currently serves as a Board Member at Outdoor Stewards of Conservation Foundation. Previously, they worked as the National Sales Director at Troy Industries, where they led and managed a team of 6 sales and customer service representatives. Patrick also served as a consultant at Hall-N-Hall LLC and as the Director of Firearm Services at Sportsman's Warehouse. Prior to that, they held various roles at the National Shooting Sports Foundation and MidwayUSA, including Director of Retail Development and International Sales Manager. Throughout their career, Patrick Shay has demonstrated their expertise in sales, customer service, and business development.

Patrick Shay attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1988 to 1992 where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government. In addition to their degree, Patrick also obtained several certifications. In 2014, they completed the "Strategies for Developing Effective Presentation Skills" course from the American Management Association. In 2013, they obtained a Certificate of Completion in "Getting Results Without Authority" from the same institution. Lastly, in 2012, Patrick completed the "Effective Executive Speaking" course, also from the American Management Association.
