Suna Dincel

Suna Dincel is a Senior Learning and Development Specialist at TRT World, with experience in developing and implementing training strategies, managing budgets, and building partnerships with external training providers. Previously, Suna worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at Dünya Varlık Yönetim A.Ş., where responsibilities included conducting needs analyses and designing training programs. Suna interned as a Performance Psychologist with the Sarıyer Municipality Women's Volleyball Team, focusing on enhancing athletes' mental skills, and gained clinical experience as a psychologist intern at Mavi Martı Psychology Clinic and İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi. Suna holds a Master of Science in Exercise and Sport Psychology from Marmara University and bachelor's degrees in Psychology from İstanbul Gelişim Üniversitesi and Universidad de Málaga.
