Amir Eshkol

Amir Eshkol has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Amir began their career at Goldrich Kest as the Vice President of Construction Management, where they worked from 1990 to 2000. Following that, they joined Casden Properties LLC as the Vice President of Construction. In this role, they oversaw the construction operations, project administration, and capital improvements for the company's portfolio of over 20,000 units nationwide. Eshkol then joined TruAmerica Multifamily as the Senior Managing Director of Construction, responsible for the planning, management, and execution of the company's national capital improvement business plans. Amir was later promoted to the role of Executive Managing Director of Construction, where they deployed a billion dollars in capital expenditure budgets for nearly 200 acquisitions, depositions, and refinancing transactions.

Amir Eshkol completed their education from 1986 to 1990 at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Amir obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Civil Engineering during this period.
