JT P. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. JT started their career as a Sales Consultant at Vector Marketing in 2001 and later had a Non-Profit Summer Internship at Trailnet in 2003. In 2004, they had two internships, one as an Investment Banking Summer Intern at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. and another as a Financial Adviser Summer Intern at Merrill Lynch.

In 2006, they joined E*TRADE Financial, where they held various roles including Junior Trader, Institutional Equity Trader, and Institutional Sales Trader. JT then moved to Bank of New York ConvergEx as an Associate in Asian Equity Sales Trader and later became the Vice President and Head of Asian Equity Trading.

Moving forward, JT P. joined Sigma-Aldrich Corporation in 2013 as an MBA Summer Intern in Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations. There, they conducted research on different focus areas and presented the results to the Chief Financial Officer. JT continued their journey at Sigma-Aldrich, taking on roles such as Manager in Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis and Manager in Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations, where they worked with business leaders to refine findings and prepared growth stories for investors.

In March 2016, JT P. joined Selequity as the Director of Investor Development, and later in the same year, they became the CEO of Truck Driver Power.

JT P. completed their High School Diploma at MICDS from 1998 to 2001. They then pursued Elective College Courses in Economics at Washington University in St. Louis in 2002. From 2001 to 2005, they attended Bucknell University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics, Political Science, and Philosophy. Later, from 2012 to 2014, JT P. attended Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
