Joe Karpinski

Joe Karpinski is an experienced educator and professional in technical solutions, currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Gannon University, teaching Principles of Management, and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Sonoran Desert Institute and Erie County Community College, specializing in Introduction to Print Reading. In addition to academic roles, Joe Karpinski works as a Technical Solutions Engineer at Adler Industrial Solutions, Inc., focusing on R&D for rapid mold solutions. Joe Karpinski also holds the position of Education Chair and Board Member for the SPE Mold Technologies Division and volunteers as a presenter for Pathful Inc., assisting students in exploring career pathways. Prior military experience includes service as a TSgt E-6 Personnel NCO in the U.S. Air Force Reserve and as a Second Class Petty Officer E5 in the U.S. Navy Reserve.
