Charlie McDonald

Charlie McDonald has extensive work experience, with their most recent role being Vice President of Business Improvement at TruckPro, LLC since November 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Business Improvement at the same company from April 2021 to November 2022. Before joining TruckPro, LLC, Charlie worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager from July 2016 to April 2021, where they led teams in serving transportation and logistics clients, focusing on operational transformations and strategy development. Charlie also has experience as a Captain in the US Army's Field Artillery from May 2009 to August 2014.

Charlie McDonald earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2009. Charlie later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School, completing their degree in 2016.
