Catalina Pavlovic

Catalina Pavlovic has extensive experience in business development and customer service management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Development at Truckstop.com since February 2020, Catalina has also held positions as Sales Manager in both Business Development and New Logo roles. Prior experience includes a tenure at Citi from June 2012 to January 2020, where Catalina excelled as Senior Customer Service Manager, leading a team of 40 Customer Representatives and achieving top NPS scores in Q4 of 2018 and Q2 of 2019. Catalina holds a degree from Boise State University, earned between August 2008 and May 2012.
