Caroline Marvelli

Caroline Marvelli has extensive experience in the fashion industry, with a focus on sourcing, production, and product management. Caroline is currently the Head of Sourcing & Product for Lee, Wrangler, and Riders by Lee at True Alliance. Prior to this, they worked as a Category Buyer Developer at MYER. From 2019 to 2021, they held various roles at Slyletica, including Head of Operations, Head of Product, and Head of Production & Technical. Before that, they founded and directed Hootkid Pty Ltd, a children's wear label, from 2011 to 2019. Caroline also worked at Calibre Clothing as a Product Manager and at Just Group in roles such as Product Manager, Product Coordinator, and Supply Coordinator.

Caroline Marvelli studied at Box Hill College where they obtained a Diploma of Clothing Industry Studies, specializing in Design, Dressmaking, Retail Marketing, and Fashion Illustration. Prior to that, they attended Wesley College.
