Caroline Stanley

Caroline Stanley has experience working in various roles within the field of people experience and talent management. From 2018 to 2023, they served as the Head of Talent for US Defense & Security at Improbable. Prior to that, they were an Account Manager at TEKsystems from 2014 to 2017, where they provided IT staffing services to clients. Caroline also worked as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems from 2012 to 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People Experience at True Anomaly, starting in 2023.

Caroline Stanley attended Penn State University from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor Studies and Employment Relations. Caroline also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish during the same period.
