Peter Laughter is an accomplished entrepreneur and speaker with extensive experience in management consulting and staffing solutions. As the Founder and Talent Pied Piper of True Bearing since September 2020, Peter reflects passion for transforming workplace culture. In March 2023, Peter became a keynote speaker and storyteller, specializing in storytelling's role in building connections and addressing key organizational topics. Previous roles include Founder and CEO of Spartoi Group, CEO at Wall Street Services, and Executive Vice President of Sales at Wall Street Services, where Peter significantly impacted the finance industry's staffing landscape. Peter's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Anthropology from Earlham College and completion of the Entrepreneurial Masters Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
