Brett Williams

Brett Williams currently serves as Vice President of Engineering at True Blue Power, a division of Mid-Continent Instrument Co., Inc., where Brett has been since May 2010, focusing on energy storage and power conversion products. Previously, Brett held multiple engineering leadership roles at Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics, including Vice President of Engineering and Director of Engineering, driving strategic product roadmaps and managing FAA certification efforts. Early career experience includes roles as Business Manager at Rounbehler Construction, Inc., and various engineering positions at Garmin International, where Brett contributed significantly to product design and manufacturing processes. Brett holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and two Master's degrees in Engineering Management from the University of Kansas.
