ROLE SUMMARY


The Communications Director function runs all content, public relations, SEO, and public perception of the company. You will incorporate marketing and communication strategies and drive positive, measurable interest in the company, increase quality traffic, maximize site performance, improve search result listings, and drive revenue for the business.

ROLE DESCRIPTION


● Establish and drive a multi-channel communications strategy
● Craft articles, blogs, posts, and content that drive results
● Prepare and manage all communication material and public relations
● Develop contacts with media members, influencers, and community leaders
● Assist in the creation of digital, video, audio, and print content
● Create innovative strategies to take advantage of generative AI


YOU BRING


● Proven work experience as a communications director or in a similar role at a startup.
● Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with communications technologies.
● Experience with applying Generative AI to PR programs.
● Understand the principles of copywriting, graphic design, layout, and publishing.
● Expertise in social media platforms and social media marketing.
● Impeccable copywriting and copy-editing abilities.
● Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to creatively think and hustle to achieve goals
● Proven 3+ years of work experience in a startup environment.
