Nalp Kate Jarrell Cam

Kate Jarrell has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Visual Merchandising Manager at EXPRESS in 2010. Kate then became a Store Manager at Donna Karan in 2011. After that, they worked as a Property Manager at Southwood Realty from 2012 to 2013. Following this, they joined Cottonwood Residential as a Leasing Consultant from 2013 to 2014. Kate then moved on to First Communities, where they served as an Area Marketing Director and later as a Regional Marketing Director from 2014 to 2016. After that, they worked at Northwood Ravin as a Digital Communications Director and later as the Director of Marketing from 2016 to 2020. Most recently, they joined BGSF as a member of the Real Estate Division in 2020 and is currently working there. Additionally, they will be joining True Homes in 2023 as the Operations Partner of Marketing.

Kate Jarrell completed their Bachelor's degree in Music Business from Wingate University from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Central Piedmont Community College in 2003 and 2004, focusing on Business/Commerce, General without obtaining a degree.

In terms of additional certifications, Kate Jarrell obtained the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification from the National Apartment Association in June 2015. Subsequently, they became a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) in April 2018, also from the National Apartment Association.
