Swetha Kanuboddi

Swetha Kanuboddi is a skilled professional with a diverse background in business management and technology. Currently serving as the Manager of New Business Initiatives at True North Co since June 2021, Swetha leads a team focused on Online Community and Edtech efforts, collaborating closely with the CEO and CMO of Cloudnine Group of Hospitals. Swetha's experience includes two management trainee positions at True North's investee firms, Fincare Small Finance Bank and Home First Finance Co. and co-founding The MBA Project, an online mentoring program for MBA aspirants featuring industry leaders from various top companies. Prior experience includes a summer internship at True North Co, a Software Engineer role at Microsoft, where Swetha developed security and compliance policies for Office 365 for over a million clients, and internships at PayPal and Lexicon Infotech Ltd.
