Ryan Hardy

Ryan Hardy is a Digital Transformation Manager at True North Solutions since January 2024. Prior to this, Ryan worked at Deloitte Canada as a Senior Manager from November 2019 to December 2023, focusing on Operational Technology and digitization of Maintenance for clients in Mining and Oil & Gas. Before Deloitte, Ryan held various managerial positions at Calfrac Well Services from January 2011 to October 2019, including Manager of IT Applications and Architecture, Manager of IT Operations, Infrastructure Team Lead, and Server Administrator. Ryan also worked as a Server Administrator at Proactis Solutions from April 2010 to December 2011 and at Rare Method from January 2007 to December 2009. Ryan holds a Computer Engineering Technology Diploma from NAIT.
