Atha Kouroussis

Atha Kouroussis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2020, they served as the Head of DevOps at True Tickets. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, they held the position of Director of Cloud Services and DevOps at Belatrix Software, where they played a crucial role in bootstrapping the company's Cloud Services unit and managing the cloud infrastructure for multiple customers. From 2009 to 2018, Atha worked at Vurbia Technologies International Inc., initially as CEO/CTO and later as Co-Founder & CTO. During their tenure, they designed and managed the company's VMware-based IaaS, led its shift to become a managed services provider, and implemented tailor-made infrastructure solutions for clients. Before that, they worked as a Senior IT Architect & Consultant at Uniqs from 2007 to 2009, providing consulting services mainly on Sun Microsystems and EMC2 storage technologies. Atha also served as the Operations and IT Manager at Naviera Petrosan from 2002 to 2006, where they organized and managed the company's operations department and implemented an enterprise-wide IT program. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior IT Architect at spyn Inc. and as a Senior Unix Engineer / Systems Architect at Unifon, where they were responsible for overseeing the integration of heterogeneous platforms and the design of Unix networks, respectively.

Atha Kouroussis attended Colegio Champagnat from 1990 to 1994. Atha then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering at Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires from 1994 to 1995.
