Randy Fenstemaker

Randy Fenstemaker has a strong background in distribution and supply chain management. Randy currently serves as the Vice President of Distribution for True Value Company. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Fulfillment at JCPenney from 2020 to 2023. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Office Depot as the Regional Senior Director of Supply Chain, overseeing multiple facilities and a large team. Before that, they held various roles at Sears Holdings Corporation, including Director of Operations and General Manager of different regional distribution centers.

Randy Fenstemaker has a BA in Personnel Administration from The University of Kansas and an MBA in Business Administration from Webster University.
